Steel frames, RSJ work, columns and beams. Welded out on London builds and across the M25 corridor. Coded procedures, engineer sign-off, and a clean site once we are done.
Scope scales with the project, but these four are the spine of any structural welding engagement with MMA Welding.
RSJ installation, beam splices, column connections and load-bearing structural alterations welded to spec.
Steel-framed buildings, mezzanines, plant supports and one-off columns. Welded out in the workshop or on site.
Welded to the design engineer's procedure, with weld inspection sign-off where required for building control.
Mobile rig for site work, full workshop for prefab. Whichever suits the project programme.
Yes. We work to a structural engineer's welding procedure and arrange independent visual inspection where the engineer requires it for building control sign-off.
Yes. We handle RSJ installation and the welded connections at either end. We do not normally do the design calcs ourselves but work to a structural engineer's drawings.
Yes. Mike has the relevant tickets and PPE for confined-space and at-height work, and the kit is mobile enough to set up wherever the work is.
MMA Welding covers the M25 and South East as a matter of course. Travel beyond on negotiation.
